Marcus Samuelsson opens Marc Burger

New York Chef Marcus Samuelsson’s lastest venture is a burger joint, Marc Burger. It is part of Macy’s seventh-floor “chef centric” food court in Chicago. The joint is located alongside other chefs Rick Bayless, Nancy Silverton and Takashi Yagihashi and their own fast-food ventures.
Another Marc Burger is planned for Costa Mesa, California.
