Following the purchase of a 35% stake in Lion of Africa by Brimstone Investment Corporation and Commlife Holdings for an undisclosed amount. The corporate and commercial insurer is now 100% black- owned. Brimstone and Commlife held 65% of Lion of Africa before the transaction. Full story
